2023 was the first year that Vicenza hosted the National Congress of ADOI – the Italian Association of Hospital Dermatologists and Venereologists. From 27-30 September, its members gathered at VICC to celebrate the 60th edition of this event. Among the new features of this year’s edition was the elimination of all paper, the use of an APP to manage the schedule, and information circulated via digital screens present throughout the venue.
500 guests came to the Vicenza Convention Centre from all over the country, numerous rooms for over 4 days in September. Our venue provided fitted spaces, technologies, as well as catering and assistance services to ensure everything ran smoothly.

“It’s such a wonderful opportunity to bring my colleagues to Vicenza, a city which I have really appreciated from a working point of view, and which offers so many opportunities. Vicenza has a wealth of culture and art, and besides obviously being the land of Palladio, there are many places to visit. This year’s congress introduced some innovations such as a nod to the environment with the elimination of paper, the use of advanced technologies in the form of an APP for organizing the schedule and providing information, and the involvement of young dermatologists who represent the future.
