"COVE is a purchasing platform with many partners all over the Veneto region. The client organized the "COVE 2019 Workshop" at ViCC on May 5. This was a B2B event that brought together about 600 partners, entrepreneurs and professionals. The organizational requirement was to have an exhibition area where 56 stands could be set up, a room for afternoon work and catering services. We offered the client Hall 1 to set up the exhibition area with a mobile café, the Tiziano Room for the seminar for 300 people, and provided refreshments on the 1st floor and in the restaurant, IEG's catering partner, Summertrade proposed a typical Vicenza menu much appreciated by guests. The solutions fully satisfied the client who plans to return to ViCC next year for a day open to the public".
