"The 35th edition of the International CAE Conference and Exhibition returned to ViCC for the third year from 28-29 October 2019. This landmark event of "engineering simulation" and its impact on the digital transformation of industry finds its perfect setting in the northeast, internationally renowned for its excellence. The organizer needed to expand the 2019 edition with an increasingly large exhibition area dedicated to companies, as well as spaces for conferences and training. We proposed a solution with spaces ensuring a perfect and functional integration between the exhibition area and the work rooms.
The exhibition area accommodating 74 stands also hosted catering services and an acrobatic show offered to guests by the organiser during the aperitif. At the same time, over 20 conference sessions with more than 100 speakers were held in ViCC's 11 equipped rooms. The success of the event, with over 2,000 participants, and the combination of congressional and business needs all within ViCC, resulted in the customer having already booked the next edition of the event in Vicenza".
