Once again, Vicenza Convention Centre played host to the Extraordinary Assembly and the 2024 Members’ Party of Banca delle Terre Venete, an important, long-established local institution. Attendance was high at the May event, and our spaces proved their modularity, providing befitting solutions and accommodating a growing number of guests who had come to Vicenza from neighbouring provinces.
The event manager reports
"700 guests gathered for the plenary session in the Palladian Theatre. To manage the large flow of attendees, we set up open air rooms in the foyer in front of the entrance to the 1st floor of the theatre, with large screens which allowed 500 more participants to follow the session effortlessly. The other rooms in ViCC were also fitted out to accommodate the bank’s partners and employees in the same optimal manner.
Guests were welcomed and coffee was provided in the foyer of the ground floor, sessions were held in various rooms and then lunch for the 2,700 participants and accompanying visitors was curated by Summertrade in Hall 7, customised for the occasion. Families were also included in this day of celebration which came to a close with live music entertainment".
